geoc.dll error when using outlook with groupwise connector

Error message "outlook experienced a serios error the last time the add-
in 'c:\novell\groupwise\gwoc.dll' was opened. Would you like to disable 
this add-in? To reactive this add-in, click About Microsoft Office Outlook 
on the Help menu, and then click Disabled Items.

We have chossen not to disable the item untill we can gain more 
information on its function.
