Groupwise 6.5/7 Netware 6.5

Greetings,

My client is running Groupwise 6.5 on Netware 6.5.  They are interested in 
adding a Global Signature to all e-mails that leave the organization.  We 
see 2 options, buying and configuring and AddOn product or upgrading to 
GroupWise 7.  My CNE is VERY rusty and in version 5.x so I'm hoping to get 
some advice from the Novell community before making a recommendation to my 
client.

For version 6.5, what add ons are you using to provide a global signature? 
 Would you recommend them?  Specifically, is anyone using Gwenevere (part 
of GWAVA?)

For GroupWise 7.0 from briefly looking it runs on Netware 6.5, but is this 
true?  If so are there any known problems?  Would you upgrade Netware and 
Groupwise at the same time?

GW7 runs on NetWare 6.5 (there is no NetWare 7), Linux, and Windows
servers.

On the upgrade I would highly recommend you get the upgrade guide from
www.caledonia.net.  Fantastic reference and cheap (IMHO).

I run global sig on all email in my gw55ep system on nw50 - I use 
gwavasig.nlm (Version 0.08.02 Wednesday, July 02, 2003) which was free at 
the time. If you need the gwavasig.exe that includes the manual & nlm let me

know.
