eCS 2b4 hangs on shutdown

I would like to report my installation of eCS2b4 with OOo 2.04 and 
OpenOffice quick start running hangs on shutdown.  Removing quick start 
from startup folder remedies the problem.  Either way OOo seems to work 
fine.

I've read in the readme somewhere that if some parts get loaded above 
that this may cause OOo to fail.  I've downloaded above512 from hobbes 
but don't understand how to use it in this case as quick start is an exe 
not dll.
