Has anyone successfully printed a #10 envelope with the addresses etc.
in the normal location? I have to offset everything 1.5" to the right
to get it to print in the correct locations horizontally. It is as if
it still thinks it is 11 inch paper when it goes to print so
everything is shoved 1.5" to the left. Anything in the LH 1.5" of the
envelope on screen is printed off the LH edge of the envelope.
