NSure UDDI inquiry requires token?

Hello,

I am writing a client application for the Novell NSure UDDI Server.
After a 'find_business' request failed, I listened to what the Novell UDDI 
Browser sends to the UDDI server (embedded in a SOAP envelope):
<find_business xmlns="urn:uddi-org:api_v2" generic="2.0"

maxRows="10"><authInfo>a7197752-55af-4d21-be3f-
f777b9f21839</authInfo><name>test</name></find_business>


My question is: Why is an authentication token required for an inquiry? 
This seems to be not conform to the UDDI v2 specification.

and there's also a separate uddi forum, although there's not much traffic 
yet....
