archive bit

Hello,

   I have a simple question, but I don’t know if somebody can help me. I’m
trying to make differencial backup copies but it only backups folders, not
files. Anybody knows if rsync modifies the archive bit?

I've made some testing work, and rsync does not modify de archive bit. I've
done this manually and it runs well, but when it's done automatically, it
does not work properly. I don't know where is the problem...
