| tar and no ASCII characters |

Hi
I have a problem with tar in NW6.5(SP5). Our users use czech characters
in filenames. Tar error output stream like as following:
/BIN/TAR: VLADIM\326R MI\346\326K.doc: Cannot stat: No such file or
directory
...
/BIN/TAR: Error exit delayed from previous errors
The name of file is VLADIMI'R MIS<I'K
UTF-16 code of I' is 0x013A (dec 314)
UTF-16 code of S< is 0x0160 (dec 352)
Any ideas, please?
('export LANG=en_US.UTF-8' produced the same error response.)
