| printing does not allow configuration |

I printed a webpage via File -> Print, but instead of getting a dialog
that permits me to configure like which printer to print to, or how many
copies, Opera just sent the page to some printer, probably the default, or
last one used.
It immediately prints, no interaction possible whatsoever.
