Where is that, panel or mail toolbar? My check/send button in the panel  
still has the dropdown in 4669, Mac OS X 10.5.2. I also checked the  
default set for that toolbar (right click the toolbar, choose
"Customize"  
and switch to the "Buttons" tab where Opera gives you the default set)
and  
it has the dropdown. I also checked the "Mail" category in the
customize  
dialog and every check buttons has the dropdown. Do you use a custom  
toolbar setup / custom button? Do you have more than one mail/news account?

hmm, played around with the skin selection, and that seemed to help. I  
changed the skin a couple of times, and suddenly, the drop down menu was
