I am not sure whether this is an Opera issue or a Windows issue. When I
attempt to install this build while running with an administrator account
(but not the default administrator aacount)the install seems to complete
but then I get the following message,:
"You do not have access to make the required system configuration
modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators
account."
I would appreciate any suggestions.
