Please file a bug report. It seems to be caused by changes in our handling
of the noframes element.

Confirmed, same OS and build. I removed the <noframes> part from the
source and then Opera loaded most parts of the site including the
navigation but still the main part was missing which is a similar frameset
built in http://www.zercom.nl/index.php?p -- that URL comes up blank
aswell. It seems that something with the <noframes> definition goes wrong.
Isn't the noframes part usually defined inside the main frameset? If so
the page is wrongly coded. Still one could argue that Opera could be more
forgiving.
