I just tried to install o950s_9903.exe and as was the case with several
recent attempts to install9.5 builds I was met with a "...you do not have
privileges..." message. Today I made sure that I was in an administrator
account, and got the same message. 9.27 classic installed from the same
account that I normally use.
Is this an Opera issue or a Windows issue?
