I'm not quite sure if your terminology matches what many of us would
understand.
Do you mean that Opera is creating lots of iems on your windows taskbar
and you want just one window with everything inside it?
Or do you mean you don't like tabs and want a separate window on the
taskbar for every page you have open?
Or simply that pages open in new tabs rather than replacing old pages?

Hello Richard,
Sorry to create confusion, I don't like the "Tabs" and prefer to have
anything I do within one window instead of creating a tab.
Thank you
Chris

You don't have to open new tabs, that hardly ever happens unless you
specifically ask for it. You can set the tab bar to 'Show only when
needed', which means it will be hidden when there is only one tab (Tools >
Appearance > Toolbars, click on the tab bar, then check the checkbox). If
you keep "reuse current tab" checked (Tools > Preferences >
Advanced >
Tabs) actions like opening bookmarks etc will just reuse the current
display.
If you want to open multiple application windows to open instead of tabs
when more then one page has to be shown, check "Open windows instead of
tabs" on "Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Tabs".
