personalize context menu

Bonjour,

is it possible to modify (or add) the context menu?

I mean: I'd like to add a new feature/voice like "go to url" on text 
selection but I'd like to send that text to a particolar URL that I 
like

for example: I'd like to select a phone number, then right clik on the 
text and "send it to my sms shortcut" or something else like this

exactly it could be a "POST" (or GET) to a form on a particular web 
page

is it possible?

Yes... of course. Dig for a half a day in many scattered .ini files and 
try to figure by yourself what it says in there 'cause you won't find 
any related info on opera.com
