Opera and WebCT tip

I've seen plenty of people mention using javascript files and ua files
to prevent WebCT from giving an error due to the use of an unsupported
browser (e.g. something like
http://discussions.webct.com/jive4/thread.jspa?messageID=75098 ).
However, nobody seems to feel the need to mention how to fix the weird
lines that show up as the user scrolls through windows of WebCT. As
far as I know, this issue only applies to the newest version of webCT.
Anyhow, I finally discovered that the trick is to disable "Show Active
Frame Border", which is under F12 -> Edit Site Preferences -> Display
.

If you see such lines on other sites, you can probably use the same
technique to get rid of them. Personally, I have active frame border
disabled by default for all sites.
