http://www.rhodeisland-aa.org/tester/meetings/index.htm the banner graphic
is missing when viewed with Opera 9.1.
This is not true with other browsers. I'm not into who is better or worse --
the only interest is getting this page out.
This page will be modified to work with Opera 9.1 as long as it does not
'break' on the other browers.
If someone would sort me out, I will be very appreciative.
Thanks in advance.

Steve thanks -- very subtile hint -- I thought the problem was with both
dimensions.
The solution was to change the vertical dimension from 100% to it turns
out -- 133 (pixels).
I still do not understand why this is not executed. Yes the graphic is very
distorted. The reason this graphic was chosen is the symbology of a bridge
to a new beginning for everyone no matter how indistinct. If the graphic had
not been distorted, I am sure someone would have suggested doing something
to distort it.
Thank you for you help -- I am grateful.
Frank.

height="100%" doesn't really mean what you think it means. This also
affects IE7 which does display your image but really, really badly. I
suggest that instead of stretching an image you pick one size, resize
the image to that size in a graphics program, and then show the image
at that size.
