Opera 9.02 (8585) and Acrobat plugin problems

I am having some difficulty with Opera 9.02 released version and
Acrobat 7.0.8. This occurs when using the plug-in option, no problem if
Opera launches Acrobat to display a PDF. Please note that I have the
full Acrobat installed, and don't have the spearate Acrobat reader
installed.

When Opera uses the plugin, Acrobat can be very slow to scroll and page
on large documents. Sometimes it will take 30 seconds or more to move
one page down. Usually it works OK at first, then the more I look
through the document the slower it gets.

Surely this is well known and easily fixable ???
