| Opera browser not downloading. |

Hi
I use Opera 9.23 on an XP Win OS. Lately I can not use it. I also have
IE 7 and Firefox 2.0. Lately Opera is not downloading any Internet
sites. Instead it gives a message of "Internal communication error".
Opera does not even try to do anything. It instantly gives the error

Sounds like a firewall problem

Thanks. I have just checked that and the settings are the same for IE
