I have a custom toolbar checkbox and am wondering if there's a way of
putting this into an "opera:" link so that other users can drag it
onto
their toolbars from a web page?
I know of the custom button syntax ("opera:/button/...") but what I
want
to add isn't really a button, it's a checkbox, and I'd rather avoid
wrapping it up as one. I tried using "opera:/checkbox/..." but that
didn't
have the desired result either, so is there any way to do this?
Here is the line from my toolbar INI file I'm wishing to allow others to
get by dragging a link:
Checkbox0, "UJ"="Set preference, "User Prefs|User
JavaScript=1" | Set

and 'special effects' setting).
Also, is there a syntax to create other custom toolbar widgets such as

You can use the checkbox image as button image, that way it works like a
button and looks like a checkbox. See here for examples:

See <http://operawiki.info/AllActions> and some button examples at the
same resource.
