1. As always start w/ -pd option (a non-existant directory)

2. Ensure that mplayerplug-in is the only plugin picked up.

3. My version of mplayerplug-in is 3.45

4. Exit Opera

5. Start opera (/w -pd in 1.) -debugplugin
http://www.stage6.com/user/degroot127/video/2225930/Seven-Deadly-Sins

6. Click on the play icon.

7. The video starts to be downloaded. Great!!!

8. While it's being downloaded by mplayer.

9. Do the following from an xterm (my -pd was ~/._foobar)

~% ls -alh ~/._foobar/cache4/ | grep -i "M Feb"
-rw-r-----  1 me users  18M Feb 22 12:57 opr0003A

10. Now do the following:

~% ls -alh /tmp | grep mplay
-rw-r-----  1 me  users  18M Feb 22 12:57 mplay6P3f1Q

11. The video doesn't play on my system. Sigh!

12. Why is the video downloaded to cache4 ?

And of course the log:

OPERA_PLUGIN_PATH = /usr/local/lib/opera/9.50-20080221.6/
execoperamotifwrapper
 motifwrapper(/usr/local/lib/opera/9.50-20080221.6//operapluginwrapper)
 plugin(/home/me/.opera/mplayerplug-in/mplayerplug-in-dvx.so)
pluginWrapper::startPlugin(/home/me/.opera/mplayerplug-in/mplayerplug-in-dvx.so)
SUCCESSFUL 2

(operapluginwrapper:11817): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_set_size_request:
assertion `width >= -1' failed

By added the video to cache4 you effectively break visited links.
