When you're in Full Screen and open a new window/tab (Command_N) does
the new window display wrong? As in the Full Screen vanishes and the
Address Bar also is not visible? Using latest OS X 10.4.10 with Opera

Yes, partly confirmed. If you open a new window the new window doesn't
have fullscreen and seems to be misplaced a bit. If you open a new tab
(Cmd+T) the new tab does have an address bar for me in 9.21. So the bug
seems to be that new windows opened from full screen don't inherit full
screen.

This bug has been around for more than a year. It must be difficult
to fix. Surely they must know about it.
