Sometimes things that are so obvious are invisible.....:)
Regarding searching....I use Scroogle's Google scraper because it
doesn't hold your search data like Google does, but sometimes it takes
a while to load the page. I thought if I disabled all graphics and
Javascript/etc it might help.

When you right click a page, Edit Site Preferences, will those
preferences that you've selected be only from that page or all pages
clicked from that page? This could be a great way of ridding yourself
of a lot of advertising on frequently visited webpages. However if it
applies to all pages clicked from that page as well, I guess I'll have
to open in a New Window to reset those specific preferences. And what
about opening in a New Tab? Would that keep those preferences or
