I haven't found anything in my.opera.forums, opera.mac, opera:help
in windows with a mouse wheel click i can pan in my page: is it possibile
in some way with mac?

As far as I know this is not supported in Opera for Mac. Perhaps the
panning in Opera for Win relies on Operating System functionality that Mac
OS does not offer. There might be third party mouse drivers/tools that
emulate panning on Mac but I'm not aware of any.
