| Oracle portal login | user-sessions |

Working as an admin on a site using the oracle portal platform I need to
have different logged-in user sessions open at the same time. I need my
admin login, and in a different window another user (test). This works in
IE - opening a new browser instance doesn't keep me logget in, making it
possible to open a new user-session. In Opera 9.50, logging out does so in
all windows..
Solutions in keeping these sessions separate? Thanks

I don't think this is possible in Opera. If you really need this, you
would have to install several copies of Opera to be able to start with
completely separate sessions.

No need to install a 2nd time here. Just copy the profile folder to a
different location and start Opera with the
"path to\opera.exe" /settings "path to\Opera6.ini"
switch with the path to the "new" ini works here, too.

That's incomplete advice I'm afraid. If you copy the profile directory you
also need to edit the file paths in the copied file opera6.ini. Otherwise
it will keep using user data from the old location. I think installing a
second time is easier for most people.
