What is the difference between the downloads "Classic Installer, English
(US)"
and " English (US)"? I've searched Opera's website and the forums
without

The default one is based on Microsoft's MSI installer and is better at
installing Opera properly, especially on Windows Vista. The Classic one is
more flexible (and a bit faster, but that doesn't matter much when you
install new Opera versions once every few months) but not recommended for
Vista unless you actually know what you are doing (regarding folder
choice, shortcuts, admin rights etc).
