Bookmarks in FullScreen

Is there a way to access bookmarks in Fullscreen mode?

Can I trigger the bookmarks with a mouse gesture while in fullscreen?

Menus and panels can be accessed if you know the shortcuts, so yes. That  
would be Alt+B to access the bookmarks menu in an English Opera  
installation, or Ctrl+Shift+2 to open the bookmarks panel (Ctrl+B in  
Kestrel).

That can be done, use this action:
   Show popup menu, "Browser Bookmarks Menu"
