I hate comparing a super product like Opera to a lesser one, but there are
things in Maxthon and IE that are quite accomodating. One is that the
Panel (sidebar) of bookmarks (favorites) will automatically collapse other
groups that are not being used. That allows the panel to remain organized.
Of course, the best of both worlds would be to be able to have the ability
to have it one way or the other, depending on the moment.

Personally, that's why I leave multiple Opera panel folders expanded: to see
and organize bookmarks (and sub-folders) within and between them via
drag-and-drop.

Yes, that'd be nice.

And you can always position the mouse over any folder and gestureleft
(closes all folders) or gesutreright to open the entire tree.
