Is there any setting at all under the current versions of Opera that lets
me forward mails with embedded graphics? When I hit the "Forward"
key,
the graphics all disappear.

I think Redirect should work that way, though I don't have an example mail
here to test right now. With redirect, the complete message is resent to
another address, Opera only adds some 'redirected by' mail header. When
forwarding, the 'from' addres and subject are changed.
