| Importing Thunderbird contacts |

My Opera imports everything but contacts.
File/Import-export/mail(sic!)/Thunderbird/Browse for Prefs.js...
I've also tried tricks with Thunderbird's generic abook.mab adressbook
file.
Can someone help me with this?
I've looked through few threads here but I've found no answer so far.
Someone said he found a solution but he wasn't so kind to share it with
others.
P.S. This is how it looks like when devs make some basic functions
"""automatic""">:/ Every other e-mail client
gives a possibility to export
contacts to minimum two different formats.

On a Mac running OsX 10.5.2 with Opera 9.26 it simply does not work, and
they(Opera) know it...

http://mysite.verizon.net/zakharin/software/Dawn/
Dawn converter works generally well.
You can directly "open" TB address book and then export it into Opera
or
you can export your address book into .ldif format and then import that
file into Opera.
Please, pay attention that Dawn crashes several times when you try to
import contacts that have UFT8 characters inside. Other times, it doesn't
crash, but UTF8 character are simply ignored and it is displayed a white
space. Annoying behaviour, but still manageable.

I tried Dawn (5.3 and 5.4 beta) earlier but I didn't see any Opera neither
export nor import options. It's weird since opera is mentioned in the
features list.
