Active threads view not showing up

Active threads view is not showing up even though I do participate in few  
threads. Should it be activated manualy? If yes then how do I do it?

Active threads should show when people reply to messages send by you.

I did both participate and started new threads and the Active threads  
haven't showed yet. It brings the "Watched threads" requested feature
in  
mind :)

It poped up today! It happened after an e-mail conversation with my  
friend. Is it how it supposed to work? I thought it should show newsgroups  
Active Threads.
