Can the proxy configuration be moved to the site management area so I can
configure a proxy on a per-site basis, with a default proxy configuration
for any site tht does not specify one?

http://www.google.com/search?q=proxomitron+proxy+list+urls+expression+%7C+%24SET
PROXY
or maybe something among these:

I was speaking of the capability of the app. I tend to prefer not having
apps with way more features than i need due to security concerns. The more
code that exists, the more code ther eis to exploit. And with HTMP going
through proxomitron, that is ripe for exploitation.
Then there is yet another config file to set up and maintain across
multiple systems.
