it is in flashget and many download manager
can be option on/off if u dont lie it, but it's very useful

It would be very helpful in many cases. E.g. where I work at the
University of VA, my downloads are limited in speed by the server I am
downloading from. It would be really nice to specify myself the
locations of multiple sources of the file (e.g. for Linux Distributions

Why not just download a bit torrent, when this will occur automatically as
