About the W3-dev menu:
The W3-dev Menu is an Opera 7/8/9 customisation for web developers,
providing handy shortcuts to validate and check their pages and some
useful links to web standards and tutorials.
About version 3.0:
Targetted at Opera 9.0 final. Fixes problem with new “Widgets” menu,
options to specify preferred paths to some manuals.
