I have accidentally deleted only adminstrator account (XP me let me do that).
However most software I need is already installed and I dont care to change my
settings either. lets see how long my system can continue with crash or virus
attack. So far it is working smoothly with few hiccups (Very usual for XP).
I will keep posted in future.

If you really have a box without an admin account, I'd like to know how you did
that. I think you just don't see the account.
Which version of XP are you running (Home or Pro)?
If you have XP Home, try to boot in safe mode, the built-in admin account should
be there
If you have XP Pro, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the welcome screen; you'll get
the old Win2k logon dialogue.

Did you delete them from computer management or from documents and settings (or
via users on system properties which effectively is a neater version of the same
process)?
