Vista font management still sucks

Vista font management still sucks

The dialog box is still 2 degrees removed from Win 95 for goodness sakes!

And not consistent with the rest of Vista's goodies.

Also, couldn't the dev guys just add another option to the confirm overwrite
dialog box allowing users the ability to make ther yay or nay selection
consistent for the rest of the operation?

Ahhhhhhh!

Almost in that vein, I used to like fontblog :

Don't see any recent activity, though.

I am so tired of posting this information. From way in the beginning of the
Vista beta until today I have mentioned it constantly - and it has been
heard exactly ONCE. That was by a Softie during a Microsoft Shell/UI chat
who said "Thank you."

Okay, here it is in the form of a question.

What major improvement has Vista made in the Add Font interface?

Has all hope for the aesthetics of the written page been lost between the
introduction of Windows 95 and now?
