Hosting with CMS and social networking apps

Trying to find somewhere that talks about more than just barebones web-
hosting where you just get space on a server, or the server itself,
but where you get CMS/social networking type apps included too.

Our Notanant web-publishing engine enables us to provide custom sites
with a wide variety of web2.0, social networking and CMS functionality
and can be set up direct with a web-browser but unlike Drupal or Plone
there is no programming or scripting required so you don't have to be
a developer to use it. We run and host sites directly on our own
servers, or provide the software to resellers.
