VBS Lesson #43 - animated wave filter

                     
                  This was so much fun to do - didn't get it right the first
time, and had to do some editing, but it paid off in the end.  Hope you like my
results.  Graphics are mine.  I love dolphins!  They are amazing creatures!

Thank you very much!  The most work I put into this one was the graphics!  I had
to redo the images 3 or 4 times until it looked right!
