looking for tutorials

I am looking for "Text" tutorials. One is "Text Around a
Rectangle" & the 
other is "Making a Gingham & Applying to Text". Does anyone know
where I 
could get these? I don't want to go to "school". I love to sit in PSP
& work 
alone. Any help is appreciated.

to use in text either set it as the fill, or just do the text with the 
stroke, select the insides of the letters and flood fill with the 
gingham pattern.

Have never tried putting text around a rectangle but imagine it would be 
like putting text around a circle, there are several tuts for that, just 
substitute rectangle for circle.

At http://www.psplinks.com click on the text effects link on the left 
hand side, tuts are listed with what version psp they're for

Actually that is not necessarily true.  There are a great many links there, 
but half of them are dead links unfortunately :(
I'm sorry, but I thought that one of the purposes of this group was to help 
people, not to just point them to a general link and be done with it :(

Thank you so much. I Love that gingham & already tried it. Yes I agree. Most

of the links I tried on the psp site are dead but did pick up a few. 

Got to thinking afterwards about the rectangle, haven't had time to try 
this yet but it might be easier to draw the rectangle whatever size you 
want.  Set the text tool to do vector text and starting at the bottom 
left of the rectangle just start writing the text, when you think you're 
done with a short side you can apply the text and then rotate it and it 
will still remain nice and clear, then you can covert it to a raster 
layer and move on.
