You must create an account in www.annexcafe.com by June 10th.
if you wish to access the news groups.

... In OE ...
add your logon name and password to Annexcafe Outlook Express Account
( this can be done NOW or anytime before June 10th..)
-To configure Outlook Express for the Annexcafe Newsgroups:
In OE, Tools/Accounts/News tab/New/Add/News/ display Name /
put in your email address or 'nospam' address/ -
Server name is news.annexcafe.com
tick the box 'my server requires me to logon'..
put in your user name and password that you signed into annexcafe.com
tick the box 'save password'.. and continue with the wizard...

If you have an annexcafe in accounts already set in OE:
You need only to .. Tools/accounts/annexcafe/Server tab/ tick the box
'server requires me to logon' add your user name and password to the
account and 'OK'..
( this can be done NOW or anytime before June 10th..)
Anyone having trouble getting back in after June 10th, can double-check
Dogagent for "assistance" because we'll be monitoring those boards
pretty
closely as backup.
news://news.dogagent.com/annexcafe

Yes, in your Annexcafe Account just add your name you chose and the
password goes in the password line, you can check the box to remember
the password. Not sure where in Outlook that information goes

How will I no that this sign- in will work for me? when the time comes

Are you subscribed to news://news.dogagent.com/annexcafe if so and you
can't get in on June 10th or 11th go there and post a message and somebody
will be along to help. I'll be out of town so I can't check til the 14th
