Hello,

1/ you can download it from the internet, for example 
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr70 seems 
appropriate or google for it if you prefer, you should place the dll in 
the folder with palmsim.exe

Do you still have 2/ and 3/ afterwards ?
