You can find some info about this bug here :

I'll send you a separate email with a link to the previous version of
the simulator.
To check the version of the simulator just open the properties of the
PalmSim.exe file in the Windows explorer and go to the 'Details' tab.
As for the version of the installed jvm, on the device/simulator simply
open the 'Prefs', then 'IBM Java Preferences', Help and 'VM version
info' (this probably crashes the simulator you are running though).
If you download the jvm from http://www.palm.com/us/support/jvm/download
you get both versions : for the simulator (in JVM/Simulator) and for the
device (in JVM/ARM4T), check the Documentation/ReadMe.txt file.
