SDIO SDK

Hello all,


There is a palm SDIO SDK available somewhere, it is mentioned in
chapter 11 of palm inc's development guide. I cannot find this SDK
anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction or perhaps send
me a copy. The long story is as folows:

I am writing an SDHC driver for PalmOS. It works well for now (early
test versions work on LD and mostly on TX), but i want to support SDIO
as well. I can handle the SD side of it, but if I am to conform to
Palm's API on the API side (so existing SD drivers can run as they did
before), i need to know this API. Since this SDK is nowhere to be
found I cannot proceed. Please assist me if you can. [If you have a
copy, feel free to send it to me, I will not tell anyone ;-)   ]
