use EXTENSION plug-in to Catch cursor-drawing

as mentioned in the automation tutorial document, eventall can only catch the
scriptable event. the none scriptable actions such as costom cursor-drawing
cannot be catched.
But Kas Thomas has mentioned that the extension plug-in is used to catch the
low-lwvwl tasks like custome cursor-drawing.
