Bad printing in PSE 6 MAC

I installed PSE6 instead of PSE4 Epson 2400 profiled paper monitor etc.
with PSE4 I created and printed successfully. What I saw on the monitor was what
I saw on paper
with PSE6 what I see and what I print is different. the monitor is the same as
with PSE4 only the printing is different..
the saved photoshop files were used in both cases. I understand that PSE6 may be
using the CS3 conversion engine instead of whatever they used in PSE4

I do work for clients and must print what I printed previously exactly the
same...
sent samples of prints to adobe support have not heard anything...
