Newbie........ some problems with the evaluation version

Dear All,

I'm getting this messages: "crop failed" and "could not load
thumbnails" "Auto smart fix failed" and more. what do I do? I
have removed, re-installed, and fixed after but nothing changes. I'm also having
problems when downloading pix from the camera. after the first batch the
download utility is frozen.

I'm using a PC, lots of memory, XP SP3.

I hope someone could help (this is why i have not purchased it yet...)

Adobe doesn't provide installation support for the trial version of PSE (smart
marketing move). But even if they did, they would first walk you through these
don't-have-a-clue troubleshooting steps:

Appreciate the prompt response. I read these don't-have-a-clue steps, and I
still don't have a clue. I've reinstalled all, and nothing changed, even removed
the XP SP3.
So far Adobe marketing division lost another potential customer...
