Quattro Pro X3 - remove a file from File History

Quattro Pro X3 - remove a file from File History
Mon, 3 Dec 2007 02:48:59 +0100
Hello,

In Quattro Pro X3, is there a way to remove a file from File History
on the File menu?

By comparison, to remove a file from Last opened documents on the
WP X3 File menu, I simply rename or move the file, then click on its
name on the Last opened documents list and presto! -- it's gone.

But that WP X3 technique does not work in Quattro Pro X3. As well,
I have not been able to find the Quattro Pro X3 File History list in the
Windows registry, so I can't accomplish what I want by a registry edit.

Has anyone found a good way to do this in Quattro Pro X3?

Thanks,

Raphael

Raphael,

Have you looked at the following in the Windows Registry? From the list
of 9 last opened files, you can delete/edit the entry you wish to skip.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corel\User Assistant\13\Recent
Work\QuattroPro\Last Opened
