| How can I open multiple copies of QP at one time |

Hi, - I would like to have at least two copies of QP open at one
time so I can toggle back and fourth with <alt><tab>. This for me is
more convenient than the <alt><W> to get to several files in one
instance of QP or using the 'Window' side by side feature. I
thought I have done this before but I could have done it using QP
and a Excel work sheet.

Keith,
One possibility is to have Quattro Pro versions 12 and X3 open
simultaneously.

Your subject line is a bit mis-leading. Instead of opening multiple
copies, I think what you meant was how to switch between open Notebooks.
I think it unlikely that you will only have two applications open at
once. Therefore, Alt+Tab will require multiple presses.
If you limit yourself to such then SDI applications should be all that
you buy. Corel's WordPerfect Office Suite of Applications use MDI.
If you want to do it the qp way while in qp, use Ctrl+F6 and Shift+F6 to
switch to the next and previous Notebooks. This is explained in the
Help for "Function Keys".
Most all applications allow the Atl+W method. In qp, you can also click
the button of the open Notebook in the Application bar. If there is not
enough room, meaning you have not resized that command, then a list
similar to the Alt+W list will be shown in a drop down list for that
command on the Application bar.

I'm using an Autohotkey script to enable Winkey-<number> to toggle
between windows (plus several other functions like copy-special stuff).

Of course you can write a macro and assign it the keys you want (those
allowed) or add the feature to some other key combo as well.
