does anyone know how to contact Corel regarding a Quattro Pro X3 issue with
printing?
the background is that i am involved in development of printer drivers for
ink jet printers.
our QA group discovered an issue with printing and we investigated it and
determined
that it is a Quattro Pro X3 application issue.
this was based on the fact the the problem can be replicated using printer
drivers from
other major manufacturers. it is also present using in-box printer drivers
that come with
the XP OS.
i gave a lengthy explanation to the Corel online support and was told to
clear my internet
browser cache and delete the cookies!!!!!!!!!
after replying to him that i am a developer and would like to be put into
contact so that
i can explain the issue and how to replicate it i received the following
response:
"Your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate manager here at
Corel.
Please understand that due to the volume of mail we receive, a
personal reply is
not always possible. Please rest assured that every message submitted
to Corel is
read and given proper consideration by management.".
close to a week later i have not heard a word.
i would really like to get this resolved but so far have not seen any
willingness on Corel's
part to address the issue.
specifically, i am looking to talk to someone in their technical support
group for Quattro
Pro X3.
anyone know how to contact them? i could not find anything on their web
site as far as
technical support phone numbers.
thanks!

I don't. I hope A N Other does.
Customer support certainly will not do. I think that the staff are paid to not
think.
I have sent a request for details, in hope.
