+3500-@SUM(B1..B2)

Can someone tell me how to subtract one number from another in a colum or
row. Example openning balance is $3500.00 abd I want to subtract $200.00
the first number is in colume B line 1, the second number is in the same
colume on line 2 I want the answer or difference to be on line 3. Can
someone help
