Hi I'm new to Quattro Pro and am having difficulties with time. I need to
subtract time from time to give the time taken i.e
Col A = start time
Col B = end time
Col C (A-B) = time taken,
I have tried various functions and setting the colums to time but nothing
makes sense! can anyone help?

You may wish to check the article Elapsed Time in
corel.quattropro-faq
where you will find a full exposition on the topic.
If that does not satisfy: another group recently published a Custom
Format to be applied to the Result Cell. I could easily copy it here.

Roy
Thanks for the help, I have just looked at the faq and will attempt to
understand it, if not "I'll be back"
